All Products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the detail of your order. Orders are shipped within the stipulated time mentioned alongside each product. We have tied up with third party vendors for deliveries. However, we are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather or delays from a third party.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We offer free shipping on all products within India. The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price inclusive of government taxes. Once your order is shipped please allow us 5-7 days from date of dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.

Kindly note these shipping charges are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may be levied upon reaching the destination country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival, we bear no responsibility if the packet gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country. International shipping time may differ according to your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international shipments there is an additional courier charge based on the weight, volume and destination of the order. Additional shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry or at the time of dispatch and depend on location. Once your order is shipped please allow us 10-15 days from date of dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Requests can be placed through website by logging into your account and going to "My Profile" page, you will get the option to Exchange on your Order summary table.

If you have guest checked out, kindly scroll down on the website and click on "Request Exchange" option present on the footer, enter your order details to proceed with the exchange.

Exchange Policy

Orders can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Special sale items (% flat sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, kindly refer to our product page the same will be mentioned under description).
Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be exchanged.
Items will be considered for exchange only if product/price tag is intact, and the product has not been used/washed/damaged.
The item to be exchanged should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.
All items sent for exchange go through a quality check by our quality team. The acceptance of the exchanged item will be informed to you via an email within 2 business day from receiving the exchange consignment.

Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are only applicable in case of size issues or subject to product availability.
Customers can exchange the product for another size or any other product of equal or higher value by paying the differential amount, if applicable.
Reverse pickup facility is subject to service availability in your area.

Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds.
Only exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned above.
